Our Designer Service explained

We offer the option of a designer service where you can pay to have one of our expert designers create your product design for you. We use the online software the same as you would if you were to design online – however our team know all the tips and tricks to use the software to its full potential! Our experts ensure that everything is in place, and nothing gets missed! They will work with you and update you on the progress of your design and will also let you know of any possible issues that they come across such as low-resolution images or images which will not fit the templates correctly. We require you to send across your images and requested template alongside a list of which months you would like specific images on and any captions, information or logos which you would like added!

Why use our designers?

Our design service is available to everyone! You can have a great deal of experience with working on computers and being a photographer, however some people just may not have the time to put it together and would rather us do it for them! This service is however very beneficial to people who may not use computers very often or not have a great deal of knowledge of how this process works. We are happy to help everyone and will always do our best to meet your requirements, however as with every process, there may be some circumstances where we cannot fulfill customer requests.

• Software knowledge: We fully understand the software however we appreciate that it can take some getting used to. Our designers use this software every day, so we know how to get the best out of it!
• Aesthetic: You may not realise this however the design is all about the aesthetic! Placement of elements on the page can have a huge impact on the final look of the product. Our designers have a sympathetic ‘eye for design’ to make sure that everything is in place and looks perfect!
• Colours and fonts: Our designers have full control over the date sections of the calendar which customers do not have the option to do. They can modify these sections to suit other aspects of your calendar such as matching text colours to your logos, creating more of a branded feel to your products.
• Resolution of files: The images are the key part of the calendar, so our team make sure that the images which we are supplied with are only used if they are of a good quality. If we feel that any of your images will not print to the best version, we may ask you to resupply us with another image. Our designers convert your images into the correct colour profile (sRGB) to ensure that your colours come through the printers sharp!
• You can sit back and let us do the work: The best part of the designer service is that once you have sent everything over to us, your work is practically complete! You can focus on other things and once your design arrives – you can then take the credit of what a beautiful design you have!
