If we send you your design and you have a few changes that you would like to be applied to your order, just get in touch with us and we can add these for you! We will only ever print people’s orders once they approve their proofs, so you always have the final say with your design, we are just here to give our technical advice!
After we have sent you your proof, you are more than welcome to make changes – we will not judge you for being too picky (there is no such thing) this process is all about us working with you to get a finished product that you are delighted with!
Design service process:
- You will provide us with your images via our file transfer system on our website alongside any other added information such as text, logos or design preferences
- We will design your product and let you know when it is best to check through
- We will provide you with anything that we think may be an issue in printing
- You can then let us know of anything that you would like to have changed
- The designer makes the edits and then can upload the final copy to your order
- You can receive the final proof – This is your last opportunity to request changes to be made. If you have requested a printed proof, we will then send this out to you and if you have requested an online proof, you can then review this in your account panel
- Once you approve your proof, we then move onto the printing process!
