How to Place an order for multiple greeting cards

We offer a bulk purchase facility, where you can combine multiple designs into one order, and get the total quantity price discount - so what do we mean by this?

Well, for example: x300 A5 greeting cards of one design costs £103.39 in June (standard options) - wouldn't it be great if you could order x10 designs of x30 each and get the same price as the x300?

Well with our system you can!

How do we add multiple designs to one order?

First, you need to create your designs. You can create the first design and once that is in your portfolio and you want to create another design, simply click the button underneath the design that says: 

'Create Another Version of this Design'

Once you have ALL your designs created - these will all sit in your portfolio ready to re-edit, change, create new versions, and finally, when ready to, place an order from: (example below of design in a portfolio)

Add the designs to your order:

So you now have ALL your designs ready to order, all we need to do is add each one to the basket in the quantity you want for each design. To order the design, click the button: 'Order This Design;

You will then be taken to an order details page for THIS design (you will do this for each design you add to your order):

You will see that the system has given you a price for x25 cards - this is the price for x25 cards based on the options you choose. DONT WORRY!!! the basket will work out the final discounts for you. Add each design and quantity to the basket by clicking the 'Order This Design' button back in the portfolio area.

As you add your designs, you will see the basket shows the DISCOUNTED price - it is working out how many you have added, and is calculating what the final price will be:

Once you have added ALL of your designs, the final price is displayed - the basket has already worked out how many cards you have added, and is now displaying the TOTAL price - this is the same price, as if you had ordered just one design, but of course, you are splitting the total qty between your designs.

Please note this only applies to products of the same size and options - but is available for all our products, books, calendars, prints and cards.
