To comment on an order, you must view the order in question. You can only comment on LIVE orders that are processing with us. Visit your account panel area and in the list summary of orders click the ‘View’ button to view the order details:
This will show you the full order details and the order history. To add a comment, click the ‘Order History’ tab at the top of the page:
This will then show you the history of the order, and you will be able to add a comment to the order. If any comments are added to an order, we are notified immediately.
