Uploading files to an order is part of the order process for most products. This step is after you have configured your options, then you will be asked to upload files.
If you are designing online then the upload if files will be during your design session in our software. If you are uploading a print ready file, by choosing the upload file option you will be given a chance to attach your file to the order.
If your file is larger than 50mb, you can use our cloud upload option:
If you have chosen a calendar design service, you will be emailed after your order has been placed to send us your files. As the calendar design service usually consists of images, logos and date information, we request that these be sent after the order has been placed as there isn’t facility online to attach multiple files in this way.
We also offer a file transfer service for sending files after orders have been placed called WeTransfer you can attach and send multiple files and large files using this service. If you have placed an order for calendars using the design service, you will more than likely use this service to send your files to us:
Simply click the 'add files' button to navigate your computer, and select the files you want to send us. You can add up to 15 files at a time, and these can be mixed of images, Zip file, Word documents, etc.
Sending us your files really couldn't be easier. All you need to do, is click the button below to load up our 'we-transfer' service - by clicking the button below a new page will load up where you will see the box shown opposite.
