You have every right to cancel your order with us, as long as no printing has commenced after your approval. If you wish to cancel an order after printing has occurred, then you may be subject to a charge.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving a proof, then our team will endeavour to rectify any issue that has arisen from receiving the proof.
If we cannot rectify the issue to a satisfactory result, your order will be cancelled. In all cases you will be charged for any proof, in the event of a refund, this will be deducted from the overall order value.
