Do you store my images and designs so I can reuse them in future?

We do store designs for some time after your orders are placed, however we would always recommend people to save copies of their designs and the images used stored on their own computers or on a memory stick.

Due to the amount of customers which we have stored in our systems, it is not possible to hold every single design which people have made in their accounts as this would mean that we run out of storage incredibly fast!

If you would like to enquire whether we still have your design on our systems. you can contact us through the help chat on our website where a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that if your design is no longer stored with us, there is nothing in which we can do to restore it and if you do not have a copy saved to your computer then we cannot be held responsible for the removal of your designs from our system,

If you supply us with an 'Upload File' please make sure that you have the most up to date file saved onto your computer so if you would like to reorder it at a later date, you have this available. If an order is placed using the 'Print Ready File' option, we cannot make changes to the artwork when you come to reorder.
