Can I add or remove a page in my calendar design?

One of our most asked questions is ‘I have started making a 14 page calendar but I do not need the back page, do I have to start over? The answer is no, you do not have to redo the whole design if you need to add or remove a page!

We offer 3 different page options of calendars:

12 pages (No covers, just the month pages)

13 pages (A front cover without a back cover)

14 pages (A calendar with a front and back cover)

How to change your design:

Here, we are transferring a 13-page calendar into a 14-page calendar. This is the same process if you wish to change from a 12 – 13 page or the 14 – 13-page calendar.

You will need to be logged into your account and go into your portfolio under ‘My Designs’ From here, you will see the ‘Create Another Version’ button:

Once you have clicked this button, the following option then appears on the screen:

You have 2 options:

1. Create another version of this product: This will COPY the design exactly how it is, and you will not have a removed or added page! It will be an exact duplicate of the design which you already have
2. Same Product & Different Size: This will give you the option to transfer your design into another product page of where you are designing. This is the option which you need to choose! Below, we are looking to change from a 13 page to a 14 page:

(PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU ALSO NEED TO CHANGE THE ORIENTATION OF THE PRODUCT)

1. Once you have chosen the size which you need, you can click the ‘Continue’ button. The resize option is not required as you are not changing the size of the product:

4 – The design studio will load up your new design and you can now make changes to your extra page. If you do not click save, you will need to repeat this process again
