After placing your order, we will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. Online proofs will be sent when the orders have been processed and will be visible in your account to review and approve when we have updated the design – you will receive an email notification of this.
Printed proofs will take 1-2 working days, but please appreciate that these are not guaranteed, and machine issues or shipping delays will affect the lead time of your delivery.
Please note that orders do not get updated over the weekend.
Once you have received your proof, if you need to make changes to your artwork, you can do so before we send your file to be printed. You will need to login to your account, go to ‘My designs’ and make the changes in your design, you will need to save your design to your account and wait for it to update in your account. Please note that this does NOT automatically update to your existing orders with us, you will need to let us know so that we can update it and reproof it to you online. You can let us know of this by going to the help centre on the bottom left of the website including your name and order number.
If you are happy with everything in your design, you can then go to the ‘Review My Orders’ tab and click ‘Approve’. This will then come through to us as ready to print and we can get started on producing your order.
Please do NOT make changes to your designs after approving the proof as these will not be updated or applied to your design.
