If you place your order and then decide that you no longer need it for whichever reason, you have every right to cancel your order! This is as long as no printing has taken place after you have approved a proof. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been printed, this is not possible, and you may be subject to a charge.
If you wish to cancel your order and you have NOT yet made a payment, you will need to get in contact with our customer service team in the help section of our website, we can then remove this from our Pending (Unpaid) orders.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving a proof, then our team will endeavour to rectify any issue that has arisen after receiving the proof. If we cannot rectify the issue due to a satisfactory result, your order will be cancelled. In all cases, you WILL be charged for this proof. In the event of a refund, this cost will be deducted from the total order value.
If you wish to cancel your order – Please get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can put in a cancellation request for the order.
A member of the team will get in contact with you as soon as possible with any issues regarding cancelling an order and we will be transparent with you through this process.
As a standard company process, if an order needs to be cancelled, we will add the cost as a credit to your account with us to use against further orders. This is something which we do for each cancellation order unless it is specified that you wish to have a full refund to your payment card.
Please note that if you have requested a full refund, this will take some time to be sent back to your account. If it has been longer than 1 week after we have processed the cancellation, please get back in contact with us so we can investigate this for you!
