Once you have placed an order, the email address that it was placed with is embedded within the order and cannot be changed. This means that all order updates and notifications will be sent to this email address and cannot be changed.
We can however change an email address on your account if you do not have an existing order with us. You cannot do this in your account area, but if you contact us via the help chat on our website, we can get this changed for you.
If you are not receiving emails from us, this could be due to your email privacy settings which you may have blocked from new contacts from contacting you. This could also be that you have your email notifications silenced so they do not come through to your phone or computer. The final reason may be that our emails are not going into your main inbox and are being directed to your spam folder. If you have placed an order with us and are not receiving order updates or other emails from us, please check your spam/ junk folders before getting in contact with us.
