It is important to remember that once your order has been placed and paid for, we do not know what you are thinking, so if you place an order and then need to change something, but do not get in contact with us instantly, we do not know this!
IF you realise that you have made a mistake with your order or wish to change something, please get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can investigate this for you. Please note that this is NOT possible if your order has been printed and is in the production stage.
If you wish to make a change to your order before it has been processed and there is a price difference, this is perfectly fine! If your new order specification is more expensive than the previous order, we will raise an additional order for the price increase. If the new order is cheaper than the order placed, we will then credit the money back to your account.
If you wish to get in contact with us regarding changing an order, please contact out help chat on the website home page which is in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. We will always do our best to help you and will always come to the most appropriate resolution of all situations regarding changing an order.
It is important for you to understand that if you do not contact us about changing an order within 24 hours of placing the order, we assume that everything is fine with your order, and it will get sent to be printed. This applies also if you have approved your proof and then wish to make a change, we cannot do anything about this.
