How do I place a reorder?

If you have placed an order with us and wish to order more copies of your products, you can do this through your account panel. You will need to login to your account and go to the ‘Review My Orders’ page which is listed at the top of the website homepage. (This will only show when you are logged in) as shown below:

Once you have clicked on the ‘Review My Orders’ tab, you will need to scroll down the page to your orders with us and will see these button choices on the right of the page.

You will need to choose the design which you would like to order more copies of and click on ‘Reorder’. This will then redirect you to the page below:

Please make sure that if you originally ordered a proof but now do not need one, you will need to go into ‘Edit Order’ and make the relevant change to ensure that the charges are not added to the reorder, and you will not receive a delay to receiving your order because of this.

Once you have checked through this, you will then need to follow the same process as you did when you placed the original order, including the delivery address. Once you have checked through this information, you can then ‘Complete Your Order’ where you will then be redirected to the payment page.

This order will then come through to us and we will then process and produce your order before we send this out to you.
