There are a few reasons why your designs will not add to the basket:
One of the reasons is that you have chosen a product which does not match the design you have created. This could be that you are trying to order an A3 Wall Calendar of 13 pages, but you have designed a 14-page calendar. You will need to change the product specification to 14 pages so that this then corrects the page count, and you can add to your basket.
Another reason why your product will not add to your basket is a mismatch with the size of calendar which you have ordered. This is where the system may change the size of the calendar that you are ordering, this could be in the form of being changed from 14 pages to a 12-page calendar. This will show up here:
If there is a change in the page type here, what we recommend you to do is go back to the ‘My Designs’ page, click on ‘Create Another Version’ of this design and then in the following box, leave the option as ‘Create Another Version of This Product’:
This will then create an EXACT duplicate of your design which you have just created, you can then go straight to ‘Save Template’ make sure you name the design with a different name. You can then re-try ordering the design which should then cancel out the page size mismatch. IF this does not work, please get in contact with us through the ‘Help’ tab on our website home page. We can then investigate this for you.
Another reason why this may happen is if you are trying to reorder a product which is no longer available. Sometimes we make the decision to remove some products or product options, so if you come back to reorder them, they may not be available. This is not a regular occurrence so rest assured, it is highly unlikely for your chosen product to be completely removed, it is usually just a paper type or other additional option.
