Once you have designed your calendar in our design studio, you will need to save this to your account using the blue button in the top right hand corner ‘Save Template’ as shown below:
This will then save the design to your portfolio and redirect you into the ‘My Designs’ area of your account. Please note – This may take a few minutes to save depending on how big your file is, please bear with the system and not close the browser before it has saved as no changes will have been saved. We do remind you to regularly ‘Quick Save’ your design despite the system auto saving roughly every 20 minutes!
You will be able to see your designs in your design area with three options to choose from – Edit This Design, Order This Design or Create Another Version Of This Design as shown below:
You will need to choose ‘Order This Design’ which will then redirect you to the product specification page as shown below:
In this page, you will be able to select the final quantity that you wish to order, alongside the paper types and various other additional options to add to your order. You are then able to choose the proofing option which you would like to have with your order. Once you have checked all the options, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see our terms and conditions. Once you have read these, you will need to tick the button to agree to these terms and then click onto the ‘Save & Add To Cart’.
This will then add the product to your basket and redirect you to the confirmation page. You will be able to check your delivery address, choose the delivery method which will be one of the below:
Please make sure that you choose the correct delivery method and only choose the ‘Collection’ option if you know that you will be able to collect from us.
If you have a coupon code to use on your order, there is a box for you to include this and then click ‘Apply Coupon Code’ which will then discount the price of your order.
You will then be able to add any special instructions for your order which includes customer order notes for you to add any questions or information about your order. There is also a pallet Delivery option which you MUST fill out for the order to be able to direct you to the payment stage. If your address can take a delivery of a pallet, you can select ‘Yes’ however if you are not able to take a pallet delivery for example you live in a block of flats, we urge you to choose ‘No’ for this question.
You will then see the ‘Price Summary’ box where it confirms the final cost of your order:
You can then click ‘Complete Your Order’. You will then be redirected to the payment page where you will need to add in all your card information. Once you have done this, you will receive confirmation of your order.
