Reward Points

We run a reward point scheme where you can earn money off your orders with us following a few simple steps!

1. By speaking with a member of our team during our annual customer check ins where we then may add some points onto your account as a thank you for speaking with us about your projects
2. For placing an order – Yes, you get points added onto your account just by placing an order with us!

Reward points are a great way of getting a little bit of money off your next orders with us.

1 Reward Point is equal to £0.10 and although may not sound like much but can soon add up if you have regular orders or place a large order with us!

To find this section in your account, you will need to login and go into the ‘My Account Area’ section where you can then choose the ‘Reward Points’ tab:

Alternatively, it can be found in your 'My Account' section shown below:

You can then add in the amount of money you would like to create the coupon with and then you will get a randomly generated coupon code to use on your next order. These codes are one time use only and if you do forget to place your order with the code, you can’t apply it once it has been paid – You will need to wait until your next order to use these points.
