If you make the decision to close down your account with us and have all your data removed, you must get in contact with us through the ‘Help’ section of the website.
We can then follow the process of removing your account from our systems which will remove all of the data listed to that account. Please note that once an account has been deleted, it CANNOT be restored.
You will need to sign up with a new account if you wish to then use our services again. Any of your previous orders also CANNOT be restored into your new account.
We recommend that if you are unsure of whether you are going to order again in the future, that you do keep your account with us until you are sure that you do not require it. It does not matter how long you wait to log back in, your account is active until you tell us to remove it! It is always better to make sure that you don't need anything stored in the account before contacting us for removal to ensure that you have not deleted something you may need to reorder!
