You can only specify one delivery address when placing your order with us and once it is placed, you cannot then change this on your order without getting in touch with us. If you do request a change in the delivery address, this will then be updated onto your order – You will not receive confirmation of this to your email.
IF you request the change to delivery once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, there is nothing which we can do for you as it has left our premises and is now in the hands of the courier.
Delivery will be charged for all UK mainland locations and is £3.99
All UK mainland deliveries over £50 will automatically be given free delivery
If you wish to have your order delivered to more than one address, you will need to contact us prior to placing your order via the ‘Help’ section on our website.
Please note that for orders over £50 will have ONE free delivery and then will need to pay £9.95 plus VAT for EACH additional delivery address that they wish to send their orders to.
To add a different delivery address to your account you will need to login to your account and then click on the ‘My account’ section which will direct you to a page shown below:
You will need to then click on the ‘Delivery Adress’ tab. From here, you can then manage the delivery addresses listed in your account. You can also delete any addresses which you do not need anymore.
