As a customer, you are not able to change the address on your account - We need to do this for you as orders, designs and your portfolio are all linked to your email address and need to be manually changed by our admin team.
Any orders which have been placed prior to your email change will still be referenced under the previous email account.
Please bear in mind when asking for a change to the email addresses on your account as if you have an outstanding order with us before the changes to the email are made, the updates from your order will still be sent to the previous email as this was what was captured on the order.
If you would like to change any of your details on your account, please let us know via the ‘Help’ section on your account through the chat – You will need to leave your name, email address and message with as much information as possible so that we can help you.
