If you do NOT receive assistance from the above couriers, you will then need to get in contact with us with all the information you have on tracking, and as much information as you can that you have about the order. We can investigate this for you and contact the couriers, we will keep you updated of each stage of our investigations.
If your order has been missing for an extended time frame, in most cases we will be happy to arrange replacement copies of your order for you. We will send these out to you as soon as possible however we will require you to confirm your delivery address to make sure that it is correctly listed on our systems. Please make sure that you check your emails and junk email folder to see whether you have received any updates.
If your order is being delivered to an International location, this will impact the delivery times and will be extended depending on your location. Please allow a few days extra onto the expected delivery date before making contact with our team to ensure that the extra distance of transporting your order is accounted for.
