Yes, we offer tracked delivery services. When we dispatch your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number. From here, you can then check the tracking from the time that it was processed. This can be done by visiting the listed couriers website and going to their tracking options. Shown below is what you should find when typing in the different options:

Please note that the first stage of the shipping notifications will not update immediately, we recommend you check 3-4 hours after the parcel has been dispatched so that you give the parcel time to be processed.
There are some cases where there are delays at the delivery depots which will cause tracking information to not be updated for some time. Unfortunately, we are not able to help with this as it is in the hands of the courier company. However, if it goes past an extended amount of time, we will investigate this for you.
If your parcel was attempted for delivery but you did not receive it, your tracking will update, and you will be able to follow the steps to arrange a re delivery or get it delivered to an alternative location that you know will be manned.
