How long will my order take to arrive?

Our lead times remain consistent throughout the year until we reach our ‘peak’ season where these will be extended, this is usually from September to December. In these times, there will be a message on our website to let you know our current lead times.

Standard lead times are listed below:

7 working days: Calendars, Greeting Cards, Postcards, Desk Pads

10 working days: Softcover book products

12 working days: Hardback book products

Please note that these lead times are guidelines and not guaranteed. We produce your orders roughly 2 days before the stated dates above so that we can ensure they are sent out on time. If there are any delays with your orders, whilst we will do our best to ensure that they are dispatched and delivered to you on time. Once the order has left our premises, it lies with the couriers to deliver in the stated time. Please note that International deliveries will exceed these delivery times to allow the customs process.

If you suspect that your order has been lost in the post, please get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can start an investigation. We assure you that if an order is not updated or delivered to you within a certain time frame after making contact with us, we will follow the steps to ensure that it is dealt with efficiently and with an appropriate resolution based on your requirements.
