What couriers do you use?

We have tried and tested many couriers over the years and we have found that the below give us the best services. As with all couriers, there is bound to be some mistakes every now and again, but we believe that we are working with reliable couriers who follow their processes well and complete the highest levels of successful deliveries!

Our chosen couriers:

Royal Mail for all orders aside from orders that weigh under 2kg

Parcel Force for all UK mainland orders above 2kg

UPS for International deliveries

Both of our Parcel Force services are sent using either 24 or 48 tracked delivery service depending on your delivery location. Our production lead time is given to you when your order has been approved and this includes production time and delivery days.

Please note that whilst we send all parcels using the 24 and 48 hour delivery services, we are subject to the courier companies' saturation when delivering your parcels. There are some cases where you may experience a delay in which you will need to contact the courier. We will do our best to help you receive your parcels, however, please understand that it is the courier’s responsibility to deliver your parcels once they have left our premises.
