Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a listed safe place. We use a signed for delivery service which requires the delivery address to be manned, please bear this in mind when providing us with a delivery address. If you are having a parcel delivered by us and you are not in, you will get the option to have your parcel redirected to a neighbour or another manned address close to your address.
If your parcel was attempted to be delivered and you were not in, they should have put a ‘We missed you’ card through your letterbox which you can then follow the steps to collect your parcel. If you do still not receive your parcel after you have had it redirected, please contact your local delivery depot before reporting the issue to us. Whilst we will do our best to get your parcel to you, we can’t contact the driver to let them know where to redirect the parcel to!
If they attempt delivery more than twice, the couriers will hold your parcel at the delivery depot. You should then be able to use the delivery card which they have posted to you to follow the steps to redeliver your parcel. If for any reason you do not receive this, they will more than likely send your order back to us and we will then get in contact with you on how to ensure a successful delivery is made.
