This is something which we hear quite often and is currently something which we do not offer – This may be considered in the future for the further expansion of our business.
What is a Fulfilment Service?
This service is where you order your products from us and as you receive orders from your customers, each item will be packaged and sent, handled by a fulfilment company, usually from your larger order which will have been produced and stored. Every time that an order comes into your website, the fulfilment company takes one of your products and sends this out.
We are looking to expand our services to offer this service in the future (We will take your bulk order, store it for a charge and then mail out your order) this would be charged for. More information on this will be provided once we have made the decision to add this service onto our website.
What is print on demand?
This service is where an order comes through to your website, then gets printed by a supplier and then sent out on demand. Please note that we will NOT be offering this type of service. This can also be referred to as ‘Drop Shipping’. Our fulfillment model will be to have your bulk order stored on our systems and then send your products out when you need them to be sent.
What do we currently offer?
What we currently offer is a ‘Bulk Printing’ service which means that we produce your order in full, then ship these items out to your chosen delivery address. Your order will be sent out in FULL and no products will be held at our premises for future deliveries. You may choose to have your order sent to a fulfillment company once we have created your products.
If you are unsure of a mail fulfillment company to use to ship out your products, we can recommend these through our trade partners, however it is important to know that these do not offer ‘Drop shipping’ per order.
If bulk order your products with us and wish to have them sent out to your customers individually, we can give you contact details of a provider who can do this for you.
