You can request to get your invoice after you have placed your order. This usually gets automatically emailed to you; however, you can always contact us if you have not received it. Please check your spam/ junk email folders if you have not received this email from us as it may be automatically redirected without showing in your inbox.
If you would like to get your invoice, please contact us via the support centre on our website which you will find under ‘Help’ in the bottom left corner of the website home page.
A member of the team will then email this directly to you and you can keep it on your records. If you receive your order and have not received the invoice, please provide us with your latest order number so that we can re download this and get it sent to you.
Please make sure that if you need to make any changes to the shipping or billing addresses on your order for your invoices, that you include this in your invoice request. We can then make the appropriate changes before sending this across to you.
If you need an invoice from a selection of your previous orders, please provide the order numbers of each requested order so that we can download and send these out to you at once.
