If you have all your images that you wish to include in your calendars but do not have the time or ability produce it, we can do this for you for a fee. This is what we call our ‘Designer Service’. This is charged for roughly £50 on top of your order value and has been priced appropriately to include the amount of time taken to make the initial design and any requested changes after reviewing your proofs.
The way this works is that you submit your order for your desired calendar type, page type and additional products such as envelopes or shrink wrapping as well as including the Designer Service. From here, you can make the payment for your order, and this will then capture in our order system. You can then send us your files via our ‘Send Files’ tab on the website at the top of the home page. This will then launch our We Transfer platform and include the direct email to where all these request types come into. Please do not change this email address! When you have uploaded your files, please include a reference of your name and order number so that we can download your files.
What do we need from you?
For our designers to get started on your design as soon as possible, there are a few things which you need to do for this to go as smoothly as possible!
- Label all your images as the months which they need to go on (This helps us massively rather than going back and forth with emails unsure of where your images need to go) If you wish to have multiple images on each page, please label these accordingly.
- Include a word document of any captions, phone numbers, addresses etc that you wish to include on each day.
- Include images of your logo/ logos at high resolution
- Any additional information which you wish us to include on your design or any background colours or additional personalisation, please make this clear in an email to one of our designers.
If you have any questions throughout this process, please get in touch and we will be happy to help you! You can request changes to your design before approving your proofs, but please make sure that you include all your design changes at once to avoid multiple emails.
Changes can ONLY be made before the proof has been approved, once you have approved and sent to be printed, changes cannot be made to your designs!
