What card types do you accept?

We accept a range of different card types which are included below. Please note that if you are trying to pay from a card type which is not listed – the system will not accept this as it is not supported by our online systems. We are always open to suggestions of different card types which you are looking to pay with however cannot guarantee that it will be possible to implement it within our processes.

We are looking into alternative methods such as Klarna or ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ schemes where you can pay the cost of your order in instalments – this article will get updated when we support these payment methods.

We will always do our best to help you when making a payment and if you need us to process this for you, we can try from our admin accounts to see whether this makes a difference to the process. In some instances when you are unable to pay via a payment card and would prefer to pay via Bacs, we can sort this for you, however this method takes a few days to process so we prefer payments through our online systems to speed up the process!
