Due to PCI compliancy, we do not allow customers to change details when payments are being processed as this gets handled by Sage Pay servers directly. Information is passed from our website as POST method (Fully encrypted) to their servers. Unfortunately, there is no option to change any of the details in this stage of the process due to the PCI security level which we have chosen for the transactions.
All payments must be instigated by the customer through our website platform and if there are failed transactions, it is vital to check that information such as the billing and delivery addresses have been inputted correctly.
The card details which are entered on a secure server hosted by Sage Pay, based on the information ‘posted’ to them at the time and not on our web servers. Please note that the card details must match the invoice details, otherwise the 3D secure fraud rules will deny the transaction. This means that if you are paying on behalf of someone else from a different location, the difference in addresses may cause payments to fail, please get in touch with us if you find that this is happening.
