How do I save money when ordering?

How do I keep the cost of my order down as much as I can?

We understand that there are some cases where you may not be able to spend out a vast amount of money on products like our own. We do our best to keep the costs down as much as possible with our seasonal discounts, however we may not always be able to help you out as much as we would like due to the rising costs of our electricity and the materials used to make our products. There are a few steps which you can take to reduce the cost of your order, a few of them are listed below:

1: Change the page number on calendar products:

Ordering a 14-page calendar with a front and back cover will increase the cost of your order compared to if you ordered a 13-page calendar without a back cover. If you do not need this extra page on the back cover, it is worth removing this to bring down your order cost. You may wish to not have covers on your calendars in which you can choose the 12-page option which will be the cheapest for you.

2. Change the paper type:

It is worth noticing that paper type plays a big part in the quotes and if you are noticing an increase in quotes from the previous year, it may be that you have chosen a different paper type. Our premium paper types are the most expensive so if paper type is not a big factor for you, we would recommend choosing the standard paper type. We have implemented an economy paper option which will benefit the cost of your order but not take away from the quality of your order.

3. Including additional options:

If you have been previously ordering with us with additional options such as envelopes, lamination or shrink wrapping, but you feel like this is not necessary if you remove this it will make your quote cheaper.

4. Seasonal discount:

The time of when you are getting a quote depends on the month which you are viewing the website on. Our seasonal discount affects the pricing so if you notice a change in the price, this could be why! Our cheapest month to order is February, so if you are organised and prepared at the start of the year, we recommend you place your order for the following year as early as possible to save yourself some money.
